Design Notes

During our design, we had to take into account the sequence of miR-21 and miR-10b, the right orientation of complementary sequence, the illegal sequences from iGEM, the siRNA sense and anti-sense sequence and the rest of our parts' sequences, because they all have to act as a whole.
